In an individual session, Lucian Constantin helps you organise what is happening, see the situation more clearly, and identify practical next steps.

The conversation may address marriage, relationships, conflict, personal decisions, spiritual blocks, or seasons when direction is no longer clear.

Experience and training

Lucian has worked with individuals and families since 2013. He has planted three churches and accompanied people through difficult seasons through listening, spiritual guidance, and practical support.

His training at Christian Leaders Institute includes studies in Christian psychology, pastoral care, relationships, marriage, and Christian ministry. This training is complemented by direct experience in communities, families, and individual conversations.

What the session is designed to achieve

You do not need to arrive with everything already clarified. The first meeting is a space to understand more clearly what is happening.

The aim is that by the end you see the situation more clearly, know what you can do now, which conversations need to take place, and what the next appropriate step may be.

Scheduled sessions carry an honorarium for reserved time. The amount is communicated by email according to the selected duration and includes the initial review, preparation, exclusively reserved time, the session itself, and booking and payment administration.
